    The Committee on Banking and Insurance moves to amend the bill on page two, section one, line three, after the word “authorized” by striking out the period and adding the following: “with the following amendment:

    On page four, subsection 4.2, by striking out all of subsection 4.2 and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

    “4.2 The Board shall develop a program regarding continuing education requirements during the transition to the new biennium period established pursuant to the 2012 amendments to this rule and shall submit the program to the Commissioner for approval by June 1, 2012; such program shall be posted on the agency website.”
